Your Upcoming Angelo Solutions Installation:
What You Need To Know

Thank you for choosing Angelo Solutions for your audio, video, and security needs. We are committed to providing you with a high-quality installation and an excellent customer experience.

 

To ensure your installation is completed as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask for your cooperation in preparing the installation areas before our technicians arrive. Having a clear and accessible workspace will allow our team to begin work immediately and complete your project on schedule.

To ensure clear communication regarding the project scope and cost, please note the following:

Change Order Process:

Any additional equipment, time, or labor needed to complete the project outside of the original agreement will require a formal change order. The technician will present this to you for your approval before any additional work is started.

Project Estimate:

The price quoted for this project is an estimate based on the scope of work and equipment discussed.

Labor Rates:

Standard labor rates are $185 per hour for one technician and $285 per hour for two technicians, with a one-hour minimum charge on all projects.

Final Payment:

Your final invoice is due upon completion of the installation and can be paid directly to the technician via check or credit card. We have included a simple preparation checklist below. Your assistance with these items will greatly help our technicians.

Installation Preparation Checklist

​

Please complete the following before we arrive in the rooms and areas where our technicians will be working.

​

Clear The Workspace:

Please move all furniture, including sofas, chairs, tables, and cabinets, away from walls where equipment will be installed.

Protect Your Valuables:

Securely store any delicate, valuable, or sentimental items. This includes breakables, artwork, wall hangings, and loose household decorations.

Gather Account & Wi-Fi Information:

To set up any smart features, our technicians will need access to your network. Please have your Wi-Fi network name and password, and any usernames and passwords for specific smart device accounts (e.g., security camera portals), ready for their arrival.

On The Day Of Service​

Ensure Clear Pathways:

Maintain a clear path for our technicians to bring in equipment from their vehicles to the installations site.

Provide Access To Power Outlets:

Clear any items blocking electrical outlets or other power sources.

Relocate Vehicles:

If work is being done outside, please make sure our technician have clear access to your driveway or parking area.

Indicate Your Point Of Contact:

Let our team know who the main point of contact will be on the day of the installation for any questions that may arise.

Project & Payment Details​

Change Order Approval:

If any changes to the scope of work are needed, our technicians will provide a change order for your review and approval. No additional work will proceed without your authorization.

Final Invoice & Payment:

The final invoice will be presented upon completion of the project. Please have your preferred payment method—check or credit card—ready, as payment is due at the time of service.
